Privacy Policy for Personally Identifiable Data
InnovLeads identifies two types of visitors: unique visitors and active visitors who fill out forms. No personal data is collected about unique visitors. The only data collected are anonymized data, which are used for the proper functioning of the site and for analyzing internet traffic (cf points relating to cookies and access to data). It is understood that personal data about active visitors are collected for the sole purpose of preparing for the service of establishing contact between businesses and freelancers. This is not automated at this stage, since the parties (corporate client and freelance sales representative) must agree to initiate contact.
We collect three types of data from active visitors: data relating to contact information (surname, first name, telephone number, email address), data relating to the freelance sales representative’s expertise (CV, link to LinkedIn profile, types of projects they seek), and data relating to what corporate clients are searching for (industry, start date, desired skills, sales area, travel distances).
Purpose of storage:
The data relating to contact information (emails, telephone, etc.) are kept to maintain a possibility of interaction without active visitors having to revisit the website. Freelance sales representatives’ data become quickly obsolete by nature and require regular updating by InnovLeads and freelancers. The data relating to the corporate client’s searches are by nature limited in the time when the search is carried out, since they are ad-hoc, localized searches.
Data relating to skills and specific searches are used by InnovLeads to operate its service of matching freelancers with corporate clients. They are not shared with third parties. InnovLeads uses contact information to get in touch with corporate clients and freelance sales representatives who have agreed to be contacted by entering data in the forms provided for this purpose on the site. The data collected by form or by email is only used for administrative, messaging, and accounting purposes. These data are stored for a maximum of 3 years from the time they are collected.
The collection and processing of data, as well as the duration of storage are in accordance with laws CNIL 1978, LIL 2004 and RGPD 2016.

Procedure to modify or delete data:
Users can send a request to exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation, portability to the data protection officer by email at: DPO@innovleads-pro.com by specifying the data to be modified or deleted. Privacy (processed and collected (cookies):
For the proper functioning of the InnovLeads Site, cookies are placed on the visitor's computer when they visit the Site. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser or device by websites, applications, online media and advertisements.
The InnovLeads site uses cookies from Google Analytics to collect information about internet traffic. This data is stored in a database via the Google Analytics tool. They do not formally identify a user. The InnovLeads sales representative is in charge of processing the match request. The members of the expert support team will be present when the service is activated by the corporate client. The corporate client prepares the file and gets in touch with the freelance sales representative. The freelance sales representative is to find out about the elements relating to the connection and the nature of the client's search.
Duration of archiving of personal data collected by InnovLeads:
Limited to the time necessary for the successful completion of the service or 3 years maximum.

InnovLeads is a specialized site aimed at professionals in sales and business development, whether freelance or operational.
InnovLeads is a free service for freelancers.
The InnovLeads.com site is edited and operated by the company Aetius Conseil, registered with the Paris RCS under the number 843 145 475, with the intra-community VAT number FR 29843145475. Its registered office is located at 8 place du commerce, 75015, Paris.

InnovLeads acts as a broker in connecting the parties.
Freelance salespeople are sales professionals with the skills to take on a sales project during all or part of the sales cycle, from identifying potential customers to completing the sale.
These professionals can contract their services under different legal statutes (Eurl, SASU, auto-entrepreneurs, commercial agent, etc.) or in wage portage (the choice of the portage company is at their discretion).
Corporate clients are all companies that sell their goods or services with the help of a sales force and who wish to reinforce it on a timely basis with the contribution of an additional sales force made up of one or more freelance salespeople.
InnovLeads and the corporate client establish and sign a specific contract which gives rise to a single invoice for the matching service. Finalizing the contractual agreement between the corporate client and the freelance sales representative goes through InnovLeads in the form of two separate agreements that InnovLeads aggregates. The InnovLeads matching service ends at this stage. Once the agreement is finalized, the “corporate client” and “freelance sales representative” parties enter into negotiations in accordance with their contract.
The contract between freelance sales representatives and corporate clients is not InnovLeads’ responsibility, since it comes after the matching service offered by InnovLeads. Thus InnovLeads cannot be held responsible for the various failings of the parties or the impossibility of the parties to finalize their negotiation.
It is the responsibility of corporate clients to ensure that freelance sales representatives are up to date with their tax and social obligations. InnovLeads assumes a role of information before contracting with its customers and operates a systematic reminder of their obligations to freelance sales representatives before the matching phase. Thus, a freelance sales representative who does not give sufficient wages would not be suggested to a corporate client for the purpose of establishing a relationship. This is to preserve InnovLeads’ reputation with its customers.

Services:
In addition to the matching service, InnovLeads offers its corporate clients an integration service called: Onboarding Kit. It is invoiced in addition to the match and can be activated by the customer when contracting with InnovLeads. It consists of a toolkit that prepares the freelance sales representative to sell the corporate client’s products or services from the start of the project. This Onboarding Kit takes the form of a summary document which has several sections (including business strategy, business processes, list of products and services, etc.).
The kit aggregates existing documentation from the client, as well as documentation established by InnovLeads on behalf of the client. These elements are communicated to the customer, who takes full possession of them, and who can use them to onboard the freelance sales representative as well as for the future integration of other salespeople to their teams regardless of the nature of the contractual commitment between the customer and these salespeople. It is understood that a minimum of 5 working days is required for InnovLeads to create this personalized Onboarding Kit for the customer.
In addition, InnovLeads offers remote support for closing sales opportunities called: Sales Expert Support. This offer is available for the client when they have identified an important business opportunity managed by the freelance sales representative presented by InnovLeads, to have the elements of the negotiation challenged by an InnovLeads expert. This offer allows the customer to secure business opportunities that go beyond the standard framework operated by the freelance sales representative and to get guidance from seasoned experts in complex sales to reinforce the expertise and know-how of the freelance sales representative.
This list of additional offers is not exhaustive. At the customer's request and in addition to the matching service, Aetius Conseil can offer advice and support to the customer on all matters relating to the sales cycle and the sales force.
